We operate on a pre-order system.
By accessing or using the services available on this website, you are agreeing to these terms of use, conditions and all applicable laws. We will do our very best to provide you information on this website as accurately as possible, however from time to time, there may be mistakes and omissions.
Thus, TGN reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice so to reflect on our practices and provide better services and greater protection for your information.

Pricing
Prices stated on site are in SGD and are non-negotiable.
Products & Images
All our products are strictly brand new and authentic, directly imported from reliable suppliers in the USA.
We try and reproduce our item colours as true and accurately as possible. However, colours may have slight variations due to monitor settings and computer resolutions.
Return & Exchange Policies
At TGN, we want you to be 101% satisfied with your purchase(s) and thus, we will do all that we can to ensure just that.
We take pride and extreme care in handling parcels and checking for defects before mailing them out. However, should you find any defects with the item(s), please do e-mail us immediately and we will determine on a case to case basis.
Please include the following when e-mailing us to inform of the defected item(s):

2. Details of defect(s)
3. Picture of the defect(s)

We will only entertain exchange for defected items if we are notified within 1 week upon the date of dispatch. Refunds will not be entertained.
Customers are responsible for all return postage charges, and in making sure the defected item(s) is/are packed and secured properly before mailing it back to us within 1 week upon the exchange confirmed by us.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and mail your exchange to you.
In the event that the item you purchased runs out of stock, we will refund you back the full amount.
