How can we contact The Glitter Nails (TGN)?

When will my query/order(s) be responded?
We reply emails promptly from Monday - Friday, you might expect delays over the weekends.
However we do require you to give us a span of 24-36 hours to attend to your emails during peak period or hour.

Are all your items new/authentic?
Yes, all our items are brand new and authentic, imported from and made in USA.
Do you bubble-wrap the polishes?
We certainly do! We take extra care when packaging our polishes. In fact, we bubble wrap each bottle twice to avoid any breakage.
How do I know if the item I would like to purchase is available or out of stock?
You could just send in the order form, and we will inform you if the item is out of stock.
How do I view the colours of all the O.P.I?
Go to O.P.I's website here, and click on "TRY IT ON" on the right side of the page. All the colours can be viewed there.
Why is the colour of my O.P.I different in terms of colour tones on the site/picture?
Colours may differ slightly due to the different monitor resolutions of a graphic card. It will be best for you to Google the images of the colour in real lighting by typing e.g. "OPI Black Shatter".
How do I get informed of The Glitter Nails's pre-order status and promotions?
We will update our pre-order status with the capped number of bottles everyday, here.

Payment
How long am I given to make payment?
Payments are required to be done within 24 hours upon receiving invoice.
What bank account should we transfer to, to make payments?

When are your mailing day(s)?
We do pack and mail out all parcels from Monday - Friday.
How are my parcels mailed to me?
All items are usually sent out within 2-3 working days after verification of payment and are shipped out via SingPost.
What are the modes of payment TGN accepts?
We accept DBS/POSB ATM transfers and DBS/POSB Internet Banking (I-banking).
Why do TGN require a clear snap shot of an ATM receipt?
This is the only way we can verify a transaction made via an ATM transfer.
By refusing to provide us with a clear snap shot of the ATM receipt, we reserve the right to void payment transfers and orders, even if payment has already been made.
What is the difference between Normal Postage and Registered Postage?
Normal Postage
- Parcel(s) will be delivered to your mail box within 5-7 working days.
- However, buyers will have to bear the possibility of missing/lost mails as TGN is not liable for any missing normal packages.
Registered Postage
- Parcel(s) will be delivered straight to your doorstep within 3-4 working days.
- Signature is required upon delivery.
- Should there be any delayed/missing parcels, it will be trackable as all Registered Postage comes along with a tracking number to track down your parcel(s).
Do you allow exchanges or refunds?
Sorry, we do not allow exchanges or refunds once your order has been confirmed.
Exchanges or refunds will only take place if a wrong or defected item has been received.
