Order & Delivery Terms

Please only submit CONFIRMED order(s). In any case of having an intention to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours upon submission.

All orders will be invoiced within 48 hours or earlier.

Items not paid within 24 hours will not be processed. In any case that you are not able to make payment within 24 hours, do let us know by emailing us at THEGLITERNAILS@LIVE.COM.SG.

Please remember to notify us by replying the invoice sent via e-mail immediately once payment has been made, reason being to let us know that you have paid within the given timeframe, thus avoiding us from blacklisting you.

Sold item(s) is/are non-exchangeable or refundable. No swaps of item is allowed.

Dead buyers will not be tolerated and would be blacklisted from our website for future purchasing purposes.

Local Shipping (Singapore)

All items will be mailed out within 2-3 working days once payments are verified.

All parcels are delivered via SingPost and delivery time takes about 2 days to 1 week's time.

If in any case of reverted mails, it would take up to a month or less.

Normal Postage - $0.50/Bottle

Registered Postage - $1.00/Bottle

Meet Up - Flat rate of $2.00

The Glitter Nails will not be held responsible for any lost of normal postage(s), thus registered postage(s) is/are highly recommended.

Mode Of Payment

The Glitter Nails only accepts DBS/POSB ATM transfers or Internet Banking (I-banking) at the moment.

Snapshot of the receipt will be required if payment is done using DBS/POSB ATM transfers.

All payments have to be made within 24 hours upon receiving invoice to POSB Savings 050-64414-6.

Do remember to reply with your payment details in the transaction details format which will be shown in the invoice.
